Refund policy
At Lavande & Co. Inc. we are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept a return of unworn and unwashed full price items for a full refund, or store credit.
North American Customers - will have 30 for the item to be returned back to Lavande & Co. Inc. from the day the package was received.
International Customers - will have 45 days for the item to be returned back to Lavande & Co. Inc. from the day the package was received.
Merchandise must have all tags including any Lavande & Co. hang tags attached.
Unfortunately, jewelry/sunglasses, hair accessories, bathing/body suits and all sale/promotional items 30% or greater are FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned for a refund or store credit/exchange.

Lavande & Co. Inc. is not responsible for ANY shipping or handling charges for any returns. Refunds will NOT include the original shipping fee initially paid by the customer. Should your request for return not meet the required guidelines, we reserve the right to deny your request.
